You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable.
Recharge and bill payment services are processed via third-party APIs. Once a recharge is successful, it is non-refundable. If the recharge fails and the amount is debited, it will be auto-reversed to your source within 3–7 working days. Raise a support ticket for any unresolved issue.
Fees paid for subscriptions, loyalty programs, or MLM plans are non-refundable once activated or consumed. Please review plan details carefully before payment. For technical issues, raise a ticket within 24 hours for review.
If eligible, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method (bank, UPI, wallet). Delays may occur due to processing partners, bank servers, or gateway channels.
